She asked me a few questions and we got started. This was on my chin and upper lip. Proceeded with the sugaring. She hit me a few times with the sugar ball and said it wasn’t removing any hair and she would try the honey wax. Ok. I left there with burns on my face. My face was oozing and I’ve been having to use Neosporin on it for the past few days. Terrible experience. So… I’ve tried all the different ways of hair removal. From laser to wax to shave to electrolysis. I decided to give sugaring a try. I saw the young lady who’s name begins with a D. Although the customer service was great, the amount of expertise and experience was not. I had the worst time trying to get a brazilian, the lady who was waxing me was very nice but for the life of me she does not know how to use hard wax. I was in so much pain due to breakage in wax, her technique was not the best, and she didnt even finish the job because it hurt too much. Hopefully she gets more practice in and not on customers so she can refine her skills, maybe get some soft wax as well. I was super disappointed with the overall atomsphere and job. Sorry, but not sorry. Again. Great customer service though, still need my refund. ♀️

I’ve had multiple body areas waxed and sugared and it was a great experience. The shop is very inviting and the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
