Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst off I came here to get my hair shampooed & ends trimmed . I came in with a wig on . The stylist offered to detangle my wig for whatever reason so I said okay . At the end of my service , she went to swipe my card & it declined . I showed her that I have plenty of money in my bank account and wasn’t sure why my bank was declining the payment . She caught an attitude and completely changed , talking about bad business. I finally was able to pay and told her that I was never coming back . First off I came here to get my hair shampooed & ends trimmed . I came in with a wig on . The stylist offered to detangle my wig for whatever reason so I said okay . After committing to the installation of my sisterlocks, I truly believe that Ms. Bee was the perfect person to install them for me. Although it was quite a lengthy process, each day was completely worth it. Ms. Bee is dedicated to holding her clients hand through their journey; meanwhile educating them on what should be done for their hair to make the journey successful. I think it takes an incredible person to be able to do such a job and for everything its worth, she is the way to go!Ms. Bee is amazing. Ms. Bee is amazing. After committing to the installation of my sisterlocks, I truly believe that Ms. Bee was the perfect person to install them for me. Although it was quite a lengthy process, each day was completely worth it.
