Extremely disappointed with this place i dont know how they are still open. Asked for my eyebrows waxed and she did, she told me she wanted to wax my upper lip and I told her no thank you. She ended up doing it anyways and had the audacity to charge me. What was supposed to be a 15$ trip ended up being 40$ never going here again.

I wanted my eyebrows thin, the person that helped couldn’t make it thin said that’s i can’t do it for you making up an excuse “they look fine I’m done”, instead tried to sell me stuff when I wasn’t even satisfied with my eyebrows. Need better customer service!

Fay helped me today and she was absolutely amazing! I usually to go to a place in Palm Springs that I’ve always really liked, but I think I just found my new favorite spot! Fye us amazing. I went in and she was fast and efficient. I had some more hairs I felt and she fixed them. She even tells you feel and make sure your happy because that’s all she wants. Buy some of her products she makes, they work!
