i made an appointment through their website with Lindsay to get eyelash extensions. the day of my appointment, i arrived on time and was told that Lindsay wasn’t there and no one was available to do the service. i’m guessing i spoke to the owner of the place but, she said that Lindsay was supposed to call me and reschedule and she never did. the owner (or the person running the front desk) apologized and offered me a free service of eyelash extensions with a trainee at the company. i was told they would call me in two weeks to get me in. i was excited about that because, she didn’t have to offer me a free service. i would have been happy with a reschedule. it’s been almost a month and i STILL haven’t heard from anyone. the lady at the front desk took down my information and promised that she would call. i’m so unhappy because i’ve heard good things about this place and the woman at the front desk was so nice. i was also planning on getting my hair done here too, just because she was so professional about the situation. hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I love getting my hair done at The Beauty Firm. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. Kerston Reid is a top notch stylist. I trust her completely with my hair.
