After having an appt at another nail salon down the street at La Luna Nail Salon, I came here because No One showed up for my appt at La Luna and the building was closed and locked. After arriving at N & J as walk-ins, we (my sister and I) were welcomed and taken right in for a mani and pedi. The ladies were pleasant and the place was clean. The prices are decent and there are lots of different packages to choose from here. I love the pedi options and I would definitely recommend this shop! Thanks ladies!

Samantha is absolutely the best. I only let her do my nails because I can literally show her a pic of how I want my nails and she executes every single time. Sometimes they come out even better than the pics I show her. I don’t go to any other nail tech but her and I get compliments on my nails almost daily. I tell people all the time if they visit N&J to ask for Samantha.

Lady at the front seat rushed me picking a color asked if I wanted designed I showed her pictures. She brought me glitter nail polish, that isn’t a design. She told me she would charge me a $1/minute because I wasn’t unsatisfied with the color. She then stated if I pick a color again she would charge if I didn’t like. You don’t treat customers that way, nail salons are a place you go get pampered and satisfied. You missed out on a big tip, money for nails and I refused a pedicure. Be patient and flexible with new guest that are trying to find a home. I left extremely upset and had to go home and paint my own nails

She insisted my nails had fungus and wouldn’t buffer off the the remaining nail residue for the previous polish. Been here a few times and every time I came the price was different prices was raised every time I came in wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt because she did such a great job but the last time I came that was the last time I’m using services .
