I had a horrible experience at this salon. Don’t recommend it at all, i made my appointment for 3 and when i showed up they told me i was late but, they booked my appointment incorrectly , i asked if there was a way i could still get my hair done all i needed was a toning, the guy who was supposed to do my hair “Joe” comes out with such attitude and asks what i want , was no help at all, did not give me suggestions for my hair , and kept judging my hair choice and saying how it doesn’t suit me . Overall experience was horrible. Not to mention his breath wasn’t pleasant .

Service is not up to the par of Aveda standards. Came to this salon for the 1st time to do root touch up & toner. I wanted to switch back to Aveda brand color and thought to try this salon. The stylist assigned to my was polite but late. He was perhaps rushed as when I came home, I found a lot of greys still not touched up with color. I scheduled to go back to fix it and really did not appreciate the inconvenience to drive 45 mins all way back to Sugarland for such basic work. Secondly, both times he did not use any styling product/hair protection serum, etc when he did a quick blow dry to check the color. I found that a little strange as I’ve always visited upscale salons and the stylists always used some product even for quick drys without brush styling. Also, the 1st day I visited, I noticed there was a long line at check-in and the 2 receptionists didn’t even acknowledge me for a while, until 1 of them on the phone just quickly asked my assigned stylist’s name and gestured for me to walk to my stylist. Didn’t find that very professional or welcoming in an upscale salon environment. Disappointed and I expected better service for the price they charge.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityGreatest experience I’ve had period. I come to this spa specifically to see Mike, my massage therapist. Not only does he do massage but the infared sauna is amazing! Even better than the gym! And he coaches you every step of the session. The staff at the front is very helpful and nice! I will most definitely continue to come here!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst hair experience of my life. I went in for a blonde balayage and came out with raccoon streaks & string cheese like hair. At my consultation the stylist said she could do what I wanted (I had black hair and was wanting a blonde balayage) but at my actual appointment she told me (in a rude way) there’s no way she can lighten my hair and the pictures I showed her are of models with money .. as if I’m not pretty or rich enough to have good hair. After minutes of going back and forth, I trusted her opinion and settled for a honey balayage. My appointment was at 3pm and I was there until after they closed. I knew something bad had happened when she removed the foil from my hair and didn’t let me see when I asked. My hair was all behind my shoulders, every time I asked her how it looked or if I could see she said ‘I’m still working on it’ or ‘hold on something happened’
