Critical: ProfessionalismMaybe it isn’t fair to give a bad review for the business when the bad review should be for the hair stylist. Don’t bother trying to get an appointment with Jen unless you want her coloring service…she has no time for anyone else. I’ve tried for MONTHS and rarely even get a reply from her. I’ve stated the specific days I’m able to come in…but apparently she’s booked up until the second coming of Christ!!! Ericka HOOKED IT UP! I walked in looking like a unibrow swamp monster and walked out looking run way ready. When I left, I was immediately approached by a photographer and propositioned to becoming a clothing model. I’m forever grateful for how her works of miracles changed my life. 100/10 recommend!
