I went to the same stylist at this salon for at least 3 years. I liked her, but she was very inconsistent, some terrific haircuts and some so-so. My last haircut July 27, 2022 was terrible, crooked and she layered my hair 2” on one side without my request and then did not tell me she messed up. It will take 6-8 months to grow out her mistake. Also an irritating factor, I always arrive a bit early and she was always at least a half hour late. Not very considerate. Schedule better. I did go back and complained to the mgr who asked if I wanted a haircut to fix my hair. I did not want my hair cut two inches to fix the mistake, so declined and requested my money back. I never heard from her.

I shop here regularly for beauty products and the manager has been condescending and rude to me more than once. I always hope to time my visit to the store when she isn’t working (everyone else is so professional and nice) and if she is, I am always hopeful she is nicer than the last time …but unfortunately she never disappoints. She must hate her job to be so good at being abrupt and uncaring. She doesn’t discriminate either. She genuinely dislikes everyone it seems. I even heard her being rude to someone on the phone and caught her rolling her eyes also. I wanted to record her behavior so badly. This recent visit for me was the last straw. I plan on contacting corporate so they are aware. I felt so sorry for how she treated an elderly woman in the store while I was there. The disrespect is so unnecessary. I love the products they have and wish I could ask a question, get some assistance or checkout without her feeling like she has to BE THE ONE IN CHARGE and blatantly make sure everyone in the store is aware of it. Seems like the manager here is lacking some serious people skills. Went in to stock up on some things and she was so rude and cold. Made me feel like I was a big inconvenience. Definitely not coming back, as this seems to be a common theme here.

I came into buy shampoo and other products. Not 1 employee acknowledged me the entire time I was there. I asked a question and the employee said I don’t know then started talking to her coworker. I went to the checkout to pay for my items (which by the way would have been about $200.) An employee walked passed me at the counter then was walking out the door and I asked if anyone was able to check me out. She “said yeah I supposed I can, I was getting ready to leave for break” I told her I was sorry for the inconvenience and she just rolled her eyes and threw her drink , purse, and coat on the counter. I started walking out and told her I’ll never return again, she started laughing. Wow, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, not to mention I was the only customer there, that should have been my first clue!!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI got there early and did some shopping and let the cashier know that I was there. I waited another 20 minutes and then decided to see if I could go sit down and wait. The woman in the hair salon asked what I was there for and I told her and said the name of the person doing my hair. She said it was her and she didn’t even know that she had an appointment at 2:30. So she said if I could wait for just a little while longer and she could get her area cleaned up. I waited another 15 minutes and I saw her going in and out of rooms in the back. It was very strange. And then I asked the woman in the front of the store why she wasn’t ready for me at 2:30 and of course she didn’t know because she just got there. No apology no nothin. So I waited a little while longer and she was still going in and out of rooms in so I got up and left. Very weird. Also, what has happened to this younger generation where they think they can dress like it’s their day off! Jean short shorts! I don’t get it. Absolutely love going here to get a facial or massage with Lisa. She is so amazing. First time every getting a facial and a massage. Highly recommend going here. She gave me samples that helped my skin so much that I went back and got the products to keep using. My oldest daughter even says my face is getting better.
