I was happy with the cut. Nancy did a good job. But there is no customer care. I was told a different price for just the haircut, I didn’t know that they don’t do a post hair care.. like style a bit for the customer. She didn’t style it for me afterwards, when I asked for it they charged me a good additinal $15 for just that and never mentioned before that there would be an additional charge. I went for a simple hair cut and paid $40 which could have been a price from a better salon with shampoo and styling… very over priced.

Staff is super professional, totally affordable, and efficient. The lady who cut my hair did amazing! Im in love with it, she listened to me and got everything i wanted totally on point. Plus she went above and beyond to double check with me throughout to make sure i was doing alright and to make sure I was good with her progress. I highly recommend to anyone needing a cut! I will definitely be returning in the future!!!

I found Gala Hair Salon on Google and saw they had several raving reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I was super nervous because not only was I trying out a new stylist at a new salon, but I had also decided to chop about 14 inches off my hair (I went with a medium length bob). My appointment with Ty went flawlessly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and he asked me clarifying questions about the length to make sure he was getting it right. Then I told him I wanted to go about one shade darker than my natural hair color and he brought out the color chart to confirm my color with me. When he got done styling my hair, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. And not only was my new style perfect, the price was extremely reasonable too! As long as the rates don’t increase here, Gala Hair Salon has my business moving forward. Highly recommend!!!(Note: due to the pandemic situation right now, they are not allowed to take walk-ins and you must make an appointment. But make one today because you won’t be disappointed! I am always on the hunt for quality services at affordable rates, and I needed to find a new hair salon after moving to the area. I found Gala Hair Salon on Google and saw they had several raving reviews, so I decided to give them a try. A friend told me about this salon. Her hair is a beautiful and natural shade of blonde, with a great haircut to show it off. She said the owner, Nancy, does her hair but that she has used all the other hairdressers in the shop, and they are all good, so I called and made an appointment for the next day (Friday) with Nancy. First time visiting, and I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and my stylist Ty was great. I showed him a picture, and he gave me his honest opinion about what he thought would look good on me, and I loved the end result!! It ended up shorter than I had in mind walking in, but Ty was right, and it looks awesome. I’ll definitely be returning.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had going to a new salon for a haircut! Yasmin was so wonderful from the moment I walked in and explained what I was needing until I walked out the door. What a sweet woman and so great at what she does! I will continue to go see her and I will also refer my friends. So close to home, too!!!! Highly recommend 🙂

I do agree with Alyssa. Same experience happened to me. First visit was ok but when visited for hair retouch it was horrible. I asked for a transition procedure to leave my grays. Dee don’t even know what baby highlights mean. She just keep saying she knew how to do what I was asking for. Bottom line ended up with yellow hair. Wont go back. Already fixed it on another salon
