I had INNOVATIONS do my bridal hair/makeup and my bridesmaid’s hair/makeup for an early morning wedding, and they did a great job! They were super flexible with coming in SUPER early to make sure all of us had our hair and makeup done in time. It was also the hottest day of the year, and I sweat like crazy, but my hair and makeup held up for the entire day!! The staff was super nice and the salon itself was so cute. Thank you specifically to Olivia for making me feel beautiful on my special day—and for listening to me babble while sitting in the salon chair LOL)—I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist!

I have been going to Innovations for a while just to get my hair cut. Never had a bad one. Just recently though I scheduled to have my Hair down in preparation for my up coming wedding. Only to have them Cancel my appointment TWICE! I will never go back! Nor will I EVER RECOMMEND THEM!

I have been to Innovations many times over the past 10 years and have always had a good experience. Today Gina gave me a fresh cut I have been anxious about since I was going much shorter. She really listened to my thoughts and concerns and offered very helpful suggestions. It is obvious she has a ton of knowledge, experiences, and skills! Gina was also very easy to talk to and I left feeling wonderful. I will definitely be back to see her!

Unbelievably great I set up an appointment for me & my mother to get a 60 minute deep tissue massage about 2 months ago & today was our appointment — I must say it was my first professional massage & I left so happy with the massage & feeling so much better by the end of the day. Tiffany & Jennifer did a great job with me & my mother today. Both had GREAT personalities. I can personally say Tiffany went above & beyond during my appointment today! OMG! This was one of the most amazing experiences EVER!!!! I received the gift of micro blading by Paula for my 54th birthday from my hubby & my oldest daughter and her guy. Let me preface by saying that I am extremely picky and that symmetry and not having McDonalds arches for eyebrows were of utmost importance. From start to finish Paula had me at ease and feeling super comfortable. Not only did she have me feeling super comfortable Paula also included me in the process which I really appreciated! I honestly could go on and on about Paula and my experience but Im not here to write a book so I will let her work speak for itself and include a photo! Thank you Paula!
