I purchased voucher. I called and called to schedule for a month but we just can’t talk with each other. Always voicemail. When finally we we’re able to talk, they were asking for card details and the code at the back of the card. When I did not give the code, she said she cannot go and give me the appointment since they require that code so I know I don’t have appointment with them. Then they message me again that I just missed my appointment and that I am charged for “no show”. Voucher is also not good. It seems like you need to upgrade services all the time. My contact with this company was very unprofessional and a dishonest. I purchased a certificate for services and when I called to schedule my appointment my phone just hung up and then I received a text. I was not given an opportunity to leave my name or number for a call back, the phone just hung up and the texting started. The text read ,” thank you sorry, I can’t talk right now . I’m with a client. Please text me. ” So I began texting whom I can only assume was one of the people who worked at this business. I explained who I was and that I wanted to schedule an appointment using this certificate. I was told that they were booked until January and that they could put me on a waiting list and if they got a cancellation they would give me a call or text. This was in November. I told this person that the the certificate stated that I was only required to give them a 1 week notice to schedule an appointment. I asked since I bought this certificate in good faith and it expired at the end of December if they could just extend it out until January or even February. I was told no, that when it expired it expired. I was then told how they had extended their hours because of the high demand and there just was not enough time. I asked since I paid in good faith for services and did not receive them and they were not planning to honor the certificate could I please have a refund for the $50 that I paid for the certificate. I was told no. I informed the person that I would be contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
