I’ve visited Cheryl for several treatments over the past two months and have been incredibly satisfied with all of them. I started with the Ultrasonic Body sculpting (for stomach and love handles) and was so happy with the results that I went back to try my first ever facial! Equally as excellent. But the kicker was the reflexology session. So relaxing…it did wonders for my stress levels. Cheryl’s space is welcoming and cozy and her demeanor and professionalism are top notch. Recently saw Cheryl for my first body cavitation appt. I was instantly relieved once I met her and saw how adorable and relaxing her room is! Totally sets the relaxation vibe! She took her time explaining everything to me and reassured me! She is exceptionally professional and made me feel very comfortable my entire appointment! This review is regarding the lack of trying to communicate in time when my appointment was cancelled. I was looking so forward to my appointment with Cheryl Zuzula and I reach the place only to be told that the appointment was cancelled, and Cheryl wasn’t even available. What bothered me most is I know I gave them the correct phone number while registering because I got a confirmation text. But they claimed to have contacted me multiple times to convey the cancellation. If that’s true, I should have received at least a single call or message, which I didn’t. I am quite disappointed because I had to leave from work early and this location isn’t even on my way home!
