Mary Harper did an amazing job on my hair. She understands hair and gets it done the way you want it. The other ladies in the salon are also very nice and from what I saw did an excellent job on the hair they were working on.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this salon to have my hair bleached and dyed silver. I went and she bleached my hair over the healthy amount and my hair is falling out and breaking to the point i had to cut 5 or 6 inches of hair because of the damage done. When i entered the store her family was there eating with a baby. she was not focused on making sure my hair was done properly. She was on her phone talking with other clients. The next day i went back to get my hair fixed and she was doing an interview with a woman as she was trying to fix my hair. She also stopped washing my hair to do a womans nails and allowed her unlicensed 15 year old niece wash and dry my hair and she was doing odds and ends jobs around the salon. She also had a boutique next door and continued to run back and forth selling stuff at the salon and talking to customers leaving me alone with bleach on my hair. The store itsself was dirty there was dust and products everywhere and she had her family and herself putting up christmas decorations instead of focusing on my hair. Also when i arrived at home after a total of 12 hours working on my hair my hair was bleached unevenly and different colors in different spots. The red she put on my hair at the end of it only stayed for a week as well now my hair is falling out and looks like nothing was done to it. She was very nice woman but in the end my hair is now ruined because of her unprofessionalism and absent mindedness.UPDATE: it has been 3 months and i have still never revieved the refund that she promised to give me over text message. I have made a claim with my bank and still have not heard bsck. So if you had horrible service dont hold your breath on revieving a return because she will just ignore your texts. Mary at Beautiful You Hair and Nail Studio worked me in at the last minute when my regular manicurist cancelled. She did a wonderful job on my nails! The next time I go, I plan on checking out her clothing shop connected to her studio.

A few things were said by my nail tech that now looking back were very off putting and not necessary. Scoffing when I responded that I’m a stay at home mom and suggesting I look at the boutique next door because they carry 3xl clothes. It just rubbed me the wrong way. Got a dip manicure and it’s definitely not the greatest. Was sort of forced into getting the dip over the acrylic. She had asked what wanted but I don’t get my nails done often enough(special occasions only) to know any better. Just not a fan of the dip nails. I cannot give Lora Bonner a positive review. I conducted a fb post asking for recommendations for someone who was good for people with fine hair and Lora was endorsed by many. As a new client I was sure to give Lora adequate information about my requested service. I was contacted the night before my appointment and was asked to come in 1/2 hour later than my appointment as, “the person ahead of me didn’t put in adequate time for her appointment.” I was happy to do so. Upon arrival, Lora said she had a person to “help” roll my perm as she was “faster.” Lora did nothing to my hair. Mary did all of the work as Lora took 3 more clients while Mary did my perm and it appears that Lora never had any intention of working on my hair. I asked for a haircut and perm. The cut was done after the perm so the quality of the cut is difficult to evaluate at this point. All in all, it was a very expensive appointment and sadly, I had such a negative experience that I won’t be going back. I do not recommend Lora Bonner at all.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my hair done and i wanted blonde. I was blonde when I went in to begin with anyway besides my roots. They dyed my hair horrible and I came out darker than what I went in. I went to heads up and they fixed my hair today to the white blonde I wanted. Wasted 5 hours and 120$!!!!
