I’ve been getting my nails done at Nails first faithfully for over a year now. They don’t over charge, the pricing is very reasonable. The employees are so very welcoming and friendly. They can do any design you ask for. You can bring in a picture or pick from their many selections once you get there. I would highly recommend Nails first for all your manicure and pedicure need!

This is kind of upsetting because we have been going to mike and Tina for yearssss but this last time was different. My niece and daughter are 7&5 they got gel on their nails & toes with NO PEDICURE and they charged 50. We wanted unicorns because that’s what we had gotten before but he informed us that he couldn’t so that so we settled for another design.. nothing like what’s pictured. Well that’s fine , the issue was the quality of the work. Pics will be posted below. THE NAILS WERE COMPLETELY OFF THE NEXT DAY, Some come off same day, there was paint all over the cuticles, some of the nails weren’t even painted all the way, the toenails were crooked, it was horrible. I was charged $115 for nails and toes. No mani, no pedi and my my nail broke and thumb chipped 2 days later.. I’m so disappointed and the only response I got was”we didn’t over charge you” walking out paying $215 for a mess(mine were okay, not like the pic but I settled) .. so now we have to look for a new nail tech. Good people but this just bothered me

So I went to get a pedicure done and this was my first time getting acrylic on my feet. While he was doing them the lady who was doing my boyfriend pedicure was watching him very closely as he was applying the acrylic. He messed up so I corrected him and thought it would be okay. Nope! Paid $130 for half did paint, stacked up acrylic and left there and had only been gone 10 minutes and one broke off.

They are super super sweet and friendly, but I cannot go back. This was my first time, I wanted my old white tip gel off, and new white tip gel on. They didn’t soak off the old gel, just filed it down, so now my nail surfaces are bumpy. I asked for my nails to be trimmed a bit; they were cut way down and filed seriously unevenly. I pointed at a couple that were slanted when they were finished filing and asked for them to be evened up, but some were cut down so low there was no way to make them even. The white tips were messy. I was embarrassed to walk around with them. Then I noticed my thumb had gotten sliced by the nail file. Got the polish taken off and saw that one of my nails had this huge sharp point sticking out. So now my nails are chopped off, uneven, surfaces bumpy, thumb cut, and I don’t have the polish I paid for because it looked embarrassing. I really hope this is something they can improve because they’re so nice.

They are extremely friendly and helpful. My nail polish turned out great. It was the nail/cuticle prep that left something to be desired. They made such a friendly environment that I would still go back.

I am writing this review because no one who owns a business should ever be treated this way. My wife came to this nail salon to have her nails done; she has been a patron for almost 5 years. The owner Mike (Vo Chein) is very unprofessional and disrespectful. My wife went in to have his wife Trina do her nails, she arrived 10 minutes before her appointment. She went in and was asked to sit in the first chair, Mr., Chein asked to start on her nails, she refused because he has cut her and messed her nails up in the past, she informed him that she would wait on Trina and he became irate and cursed and her and gave her an obscene gesture. My wife called me crying and upset, Trina tried to calm my wife down as she set shaking and crying. She was so upset, no one should ever be treated like this in an establishment, this business owner uses inappropriate statements to customers, and he is very disrespectful. This was her last visit and he will never receive her business again or support.

First time there, asked for a full new set. An OLDER gentlemen who I believe is the owner started doing my nails all uneven in terms of acrylic/gel application when I told him about it he was rude and belligerent replied he’s been doing it for a long time and he knows what he’s doing and let him do his job—LOL wtf—I’m paying dude so you’re gonna do them like I want them not like you want them!! Trust me he doesn’t know!! Then the lady took over Tina I guess is her name and she did a better job than he did but still they are not evenly cut nor filed down! For $50 I rather go back to OMG nails!

Even though the pedicure service was amazing, the manicure just wasn’t. I brought my cousin and sister and they super rushed everything. They are both sweet girls and we’re too shy to speak up so part of it was on us. These were my 12 year old cousin’s nails. They’re uneven and didn’t clean the edges off. They were the sweetest people but we’ll never be going back again.
