I was not satisfied with the service nor work done on me and my mom . I had a gel manicure and still feel like the outer part around my nail wasn’t taken off all the way I believe is cuticle and After getting my gel done they didn’t even massage my hands or offered me a better seat bc the one I had was flimsy and worn out . Also I was left bleeding on my pinky around cuticle of my nail . My mom had a pedicure and manicure with fake nails now they didn’t offer the massage on the chair for her back while doing pedi and her nails were gorgeous but the lady who colored them just did it felt as if she wasn’t wanting to do the work bc they didn’t say about wait for nails to dry since it was color on fake nail .

Kevin is a really nice. He would be the only reason if i decided to go back. The ladies are so rude. Especially Kelly every time i asked for a design she always say she didn’t have the material even a design with nail polish she would say they didn’t have the color. And she would say it in a very nasty way. And i would still tip her. I don’t think i will be going back…. Kevin get your ladies in check

Kevin is absolutely amazing! He did my daughter’s and my nails in less than an hour and they have never ever been more beautiful. The nail tech I got was horrible unprofessional altogether outside the fact she played like she don’t know no English she has no consideration for people who have never had their nails or feet done she’s very forceful and she is very tough on your nails and if she doesn’t feel like you’re reciprocating back to her any of her dry humor she’ll leave your nails looking horrible all for that 50 bucks

I visited for the first time and got a basic manicure and pedicure. Sue was rude. The pedicure was messy and the manicure was terrible. She rushed through the process and my cuticles were still jagged. She didn’t file my toenails or my fingernails. I won’t be back. They also accept cash only, will hold your cell phone until you bring cash back and will change the fee quoted at the beginning of treatment and increase it after the service is finished. She quoted me $35 for a basic manicure with clear only and a basic pedicure. Once the service was complete, she said $45. They practice very dishonest and deceptive price gouging. Never ever again!
