Critical: Professionalism12:15 appointment12:21 arrivalAppointment is given to someone else?A doctor office is more gracious than a place to literally get your eyebrows done.I tried calling not once, not twice but three times only for the call to not get picked up.The girls are amazing but front desk/ management needs to study the art of customer service.Check out Pranj Eyebrow Threading instead.–I went once in July and had to wait 30 minutes as to accommodate a woman who had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes late ( a pretty standard courtesy time ). As to why management gets to pick and choose which appointments/ clients get to be respected and which are thrown out is why I am choosing to take my business somewhere else. Positive: PunctualityI loved it here! I work in the area sometimes and I seen them and needed a last minute eyebrow threading and the receptionist was so nice she got me in on a cancelled appointment even after they had been booked all day I really appreciated that plus the girl who did my eyebrows was super sweet and talkative she did an awesome job on cleaning my eyebrows up.. First time here and I loved it! For sure will be back for the service unfortunately I didn’t get names so we can thank them but over all recommend this place!I loved it here! I work in the area sometimes and I seen them and needed a last minute eyebrow threading and the receptionist was so nice she got me in on a cancelled appointment even after they had been booked all day I really appreciated that plus the girl who did my eyebrows was super sweet and talkative she did an awesome job on cleaning my eyebrows up.. my mom and i have been getting my our eyebrows done here for about two years, i believe, and i wont go anywhere else. the staff is all so kind and they all do a wonderful job. we’ve been seeing hasna for a while, as she is who does our eyebrow threading, and we will never go to anyone, or anywhere else. my eyebrows have never looked this good! we both have gotten eyelash lifts here too and they turned out amazing. love it here!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFound them by a referral and since I go to N Scottsdale for my hair, I made the appointment while I was in the area with whoever was available at the time I needed.Hasna consulted with me first about the shape and color etc. She was super sweet and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. I’ve had threading and tinting before so I knew what to expect.The shape was PERFECT. Initially I was worried that the tint was a bit dark but since I’ve had tints before I knew that I was just not used to them being this dark (they are blond). Just like when I get my hair colored, I needed to get used the color change. :)The next day while putting on my makeup I thought – WOW! These really look perfect! They were probably the best shape they have ever been! A week later and I’m still very pleased with them!I don’t live nearby so I didn’t get a membership but I am already thinking I’ll be scheduling appointments when I’m in Scottsdale for my hair every 5-6 weeks. I’ve gone to so many other salons only to end up hating my brows then having to grow them out just to come back here.The salon is very clean and welcoming. Aniesia will forever be my go to for brows and is definitely worth the 30 minute drive!!I procrastinated and called to schedule an appointment for brows on my way there and thankfully they were able to fit me in with no problem. I procrastinated and called to schedule an appointment for brows on my way there and thankfully they were able to fit me in with no problem. I’ve gone to so many other salons only to end up hating my brows then having to grow them out just to come back here.The salon is very clean and welcoming. Aniesia will forever be my go to for brows and is definitely worth the 30 minute drive!!
