Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m sorry I went in to get my hair dyed for my pictures I was taking for my birthday and senior year. I had asked if they could do it and they said yes we can. So they started looking at my hair and said it will be $175 so I was fine with it I didn’t care how much it costed. When she started she said she was gonna do a test stand they said it was fine. She then proceeded to do my hair but where she messed up was putting bleach on my roots first. If she’s a “professional” she would have know roots dye faster then the tips do but I guess not. It turned lighter than my tips so she had bleach in my hair for like 1-2 hours and just keep adding more and more. So when it came to rinse my hair it was damaged and dry some pieces where so damage I now have short pieces in my hair. I have dyed and stripped my hair so many times and it has NEVER FALLEN OUT or DAMAGED that should go to show she didn’t know what she was doing at all. Kept asking the other girl what do I do now on look her hairs falling out like girl get it together. Also she lost my earring my mom bought me for my birthday and said ha it’s fine. I’m sorry I went in to get my hair dyed for my pictures I was taking for my birthday and senior year. I had asked if they could do it and they said yes we can. So they started looking at my hair and said it will be $175 so I was fine with it I didn’t care how much it costed. When she started she said she was gonna do a test stand they said it was fine. Waited over 10 minutes outside and according to their sign, says opens at 10 am which is when my appointed time was as well. Waited 5 mins after their supposed opening and still no one shows. Give them a call and they mentioned that they decided not to be open today in so many words despite when I mentioned I was confused since I had a confirmed appointment for today. All they kept saying was sorry not open today. Wow! Their customer service is lacking. I can’t speak to how well they do hair or what else they advertised, that’s assuming it is accurate information since the experience today tells me otherwise.
