This was my first experience getting my eyebrows threaded and Harinder did an exceptional job. She shaped my brows beautifully and without making them too thin, which is hard to find. She is friendly and overall has excellent customer service skills as well. Additionally, she takes great care of her space and it is clean, comfortable, and sanitized. Harinder has been taking care of my brows — tinting, threading or waxing for a year or so. She is very careful and takes her time, making sure I am happy with the results, which I always am! She will also go out of her way to work me in to her schedule when I am in a pinch. On top of all that, Harinder is a really kind person! I highly recommend her.

Critical: ProfessionalismI bought a Groupon for facial waxing and called the salon to schedule my appointment. At first I thought I dialed to wrong number because the woman answered the phone with, “Hello?”… I verified that this was the number to schedule an appointment for the salon and she confirmed that it was. I explained I had bought a Groupon and wanted to make an appointment. She said she could see me the following week, so I took the appointment. Not long after that she called me back and said that she actually couldn’t see me the following week because she has an emergency. (A planned emergency? Hmmmm… Weird.) But, I get that things come up, so I said, “Okay, can we schedule for later in the month or for a later time?” To which she replied that she couldn’t but that she would call me back to schedule my appointment. That was three weeks ago… I have never heard back.It sucks because this business is so close to where I live and I had read so many positive reviews! I was excited to become a regular customer. At first I thought I dialed to wrong number because the woman answered the phone with, “Hello?”… I verified that this was the number to schedule an appointment for the salon and she confirmed that it was.
