This review took me a while to process, when I initially came here Sharon was amazing she made me feel welcomed and cared for. I knew after that visit I would want to come back and be seen by her, my second visit left me in tears crying outside in the parking lot of how bad she butchered me and my brows leaving my skin extremely red from the hot wax that was near boiling, she created a canyon between my brows and when I asked her for a solution all She said is they will grow back, Sharon the eyebrow growing back is not the point you didn’t take any responsibility for the mess you left my eyebrows and I will never be returning or recommending anyone to be seen there with her.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I got a wax with Sharon who did amazing! From the person that assisted me at the front desk to Sharon’s service overall I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Sharon did a consultation first to ensure a good result. She took time to ask what I wanted and addressed my concerns. She was careful to use sanitary procedures and was sure to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend the spa and Sharon specifically.
