Stopped in today for a haircut and as I was pulling up they were closing shop and gettin ready to head home. The young man “Tone” offered to stay a little later and give me a cut, which I thought was excellent customer service. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIt wasnt a bad service. But the barber dont do what I ask for. He take mora than half of my beard and I ask him to left it as long as posible. i ask for a V shape. He give me more like an W shape. He don’t brush the hair after finish. So dont clean it. When i clean my face I realized all de mistakes in his Job. im hoping today they can fix this issue. At least give me back my money. If they do it then I change my review.
