This place is amazing! Stopped by on a whim since the outside was so pretty! It’s gorgeous and minimal inside. I loved the polish selection, it’s so organized and all new OPI and Essie (no wall of gross 90s polish!) Henry did my regular manicure ($15) but he did an amazing job and didn’t rush or do a sloppy job since it was “cheap” instead of gel or dip. They turned out gorgeous and so shiny! All the products are organic and natural too- which I couldn’t believe since it was “regular” priced! This is definitely my new place! So spa like and serene and lovely.

My experience started out great however after a very rude comment made during a nail appointment has changed my view. The technician did apologize after he realized what he said. Decided this was my last visit and moving on. Even after the apology. As adults we need to think before we speak. If the true owner wants a explanation l am open for a chat.

I really am impressed with the choice I made here at Top Base. Its quiet and the staff are inviting and friendly. The staff really took their time and made sure their work met the customer standards! My nails turned out very beautiful and was not a long wait. The prices are affordable as well!
