Always guaranteed a consistently solid massage when I go there. Lovely service and I love how flexible the booking process can get! If I say I want a very firm/strong massage, I get that. Excellent massage every time. The foot massage chairs are particularly comfortable and make relaxing really easy. Consistently good between workers too so no need to ask for a particular person. Follow your cues and are very responsive to feedback. Always my go-to in Miami.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time at this establishment. Had a 15 min chair massage and a 1 hour foot massage scheduled for my boyfriend and I. Lisa did my chair massage and she was wonderful! She asked me what I liked, I told her and she delivered. After a great 15 minutes we were then sat on these low beds which were comfortable. Had our feet soaked in nice warm water for a bit and then came in the 2 people that were going to be massaging our feet. Downhill from there. First of all when you walk in there are signs that say “QUIET PLEASE” it’s a massage place, you would think it would be a relaxing environment. The 2 individuals that were going to be giving us our massage sat in front of us, grabbed our feet and had a full blown conversation with laughs out loud and all for a FULL HOUR! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They were not young either… you would think they would have the experience and knowledge to provide the client with a relaxing experience. Very very disappointed! I walked out of this place feeling so annoyed and tense! They both got tipped $20 each but our faces said “here you go…first and last time!!! I made sure to ask for Lisa’s name and tipped her the same because she was just so lovely. Such a shame, they are literally down the block from us!First time at this establishment. Great place! We scheduled an appointment the day before but when we showed up there was no one in the waiting room and they didn’t have our appointment written down. We got a slot 25 minutes later and we had a wonderful massage. We got the 30 minute body massage. the place looks a lot nicer than the pictures online. They have curtains around each individual section, it’s not one big room.
