Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I come here for everything…my nails, hair, brows and lashes…they do amazing work. Candace always makes it such a relaxing experience! They go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are kept safe during these times. They are always cleaning, wiping down equipment, checking temperature, wearing face coverings and doing everything they need to to ensure that you and their staff are safe. I feel more comfortable here than any where else. Everyone at this salon has become like family to me. I truly look forward to my visits here. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I come here for everything…my nails, hair, brows and lashes…they do amazing work. Candace always makes it such a relaxing experience! They go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are kept safe during these times. Critical: ValueI usually never leave a bad review. It’s very upsetting that I have to. I went to get my hair colored on March 25, I saved up for months to get my hair done because I never do anything for myself I always put my kids first. I went in wanting black roots and emerald green on the rest. I was told it would cost around 200-300. I was fine with that and very excited because I never do anything for myself. I loved the color at the end. When I went to pay they said the cost was $410. I was shocked but I paid because it was done and Sam was very nice. The people that work there are all nice and it was a nice place. Fast forward to today, I have washed my hair two times since and woke up today with no color left. Just orange and different colors of blond where the green was. I only washed in cold water let air dry went to sally’s to get shampoo and conditioner because I couldn’t afford their shampoo after I paid over 400 to get my hair done. I spent everything I had in the bank on my hair, so I couldn’t afford their shampoo, but I was not expecting to pay that much. I have done my own hair purple before and it lasted for 6 months, so I do know how to take care of color.It hasn’t even been two weeks and all of my color is gone .not to mention the black at my roots that was not a fantasy color is coming out as well. I cried for over an hour when I saw my hair. I never treat myself and did not expect the color to come out in a week. This is why I never go to salons, $410 and not including a cut that’s only color and it comes out in a week . I called and they said well you didn’t buy our shampoo, I couldn’t afford it after how much it cost. Not I have this ugly hair I have to deal with until I can afford to fix it.
