This was my 1st time at this salon and Yvonne serviced me. She was very pleasant and helpful. My braids were perfect and extremely elegant and professional! Yvonne is very knowledgeable and honest professional when it came to hair care. I drove an hour to see her and it was worth it! The braids were very nice and did not take long. The staff was very nice and the braids came out very neat. My favorite thing about my visit is the amount of effort was put into doing my braids. They were done slowly with care and I am very content with the final result. Small talk was made and I love especially how it never felt awkward and once you enter, you automatically feel welcomed. That is why I give this place 5 stars, I highly recommend and would come here again.

I booked my appointment with Yvonne to get my hair straightened for my graduation. My appointment was booked for May 12 at 3:30 P.M. When I arrived at 3:20, she wasn’t finished with her last client. Additionally, she informed me that she had taken a last walk-in minute appointment to do braids on another client before me. So, she asked me if I could leave and come back later to get my hair done. I desperately needed to get my hair done because my graduation was the next day, so I left my number and waited for her to call me. She finally called me at 6:30 pm when she finished with her client’s braids. My hair turned out frizzy and oily. She charged me $148 for this hair straightening, which is more than I have ever been charged for this service. As you can see by the photo’s, my hair did not last more than a day straightened. Finally, while straightening my hair she pulled out a chunk of my hair with the hot comb. I would not recommend this hair salon at all as she was unprofessional, overcharged me and damaged my hair.

Yvonne is just great what she does!! Her willingness to sit with you and explain what and why she is doing or not doing a service makes the experience a true success..and the results prove it!! My hair has not looked or felt this good in years..she is a transformer of dry and damaged to looking and feeling healthy. If you have dry, damaged or broken, Yvonne is the stylist to see for hair recovery!
