I try to get massages as often as I can because of issues related to spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I work out regularly and often experience sore and tense muscles. I prefer deep tissue and sports massages. Balance Massage Therapy was recommended to me by a friend and co-worker. Afton is truly a gifted massage therapist – the “massage whisperer”! I’ve had massages previously that fell short of finding the troubled areas and working out the “knots”.
