I am always so happy with my experience at Babe Cave! The girls are so nice! Brit does an amazing job with her apprenticeship program! I have gotten my nails done by 2 of her girls learning under her and they are always above and beyond! You have to learn and start somewhere and Brit makes sure they know exactly what is expected of them! Overall it’s always an amazing experience! ❤️

Bree is seriously THE. BEST. EVER!! She is super nice and easy to talk to, not to mention pretty freaking talented! My nails never chip or lift, and they last forever. I love every set that she’s done for me and I’m always excited for more! ❤

I went here at the beginning of April and in all honesty the experience wasn’t terrible just not worth it. I was scheduled with the new girl and she charged me $45 for the worst set I’ve ever gotten. They were lumpy, crooked, and completely uneven. The undersides had some weird residue that looked awful. She was probably not properly trained – she hand filed each nail and destroyed my cuticles. On top of it all, the manager checked the set at the end and said they looked “perfect”.

I had a full set of acrylics and a pedicure done with Kaylee Cooper. She was super nice and professional, the whole appointment was relaxing! She took her time and made sure I liked everything as we went on, but still got done within our timeframe. A perfect place to get pampered! The girls were so fun and the music choice was 10/10. Would highly recommend this place!

Kaylee was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the experience fantastic! She did my wedding nails, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she was more than happy to listen to what I liked and give suggestions and she came up with the cutest nails imaginable! She’s also just very nice and personable so the experience was fun and memorable. I’ll definitely be going back to her!

I am truly mortified by how I was treated at this salon, especially by the owner, Britney. When I booked my appointment over a week ago, I made sure to enter into the notes not only the service I wanted but also the exact formula for my hair color. The price was listed as $70. The morning of my appointment I received a text saying that my stylist was no longer accepting new clients and would be canceling my appointment, but that I could have the service done by a less experienced stylist earlier in the day. I was also told the owner would talk to me about a way to make it up to me when I arrived. I moved my whole schedule around to accommodate the new appointment time. I confirmed once again over the phone that the price would be $70 for my all-over color. The stylist was 10 minutes late, and then told me that they didn’t have the products needed for my color. The owner informed me that there was nothing unprofessional about canceling my appointment the morning-of, and clearly had no interest in making anything up to me. Fast forward another half hour and the stylist had finally figured out a formula for my color she thought would work, however at this point they informed me that the price would actually be $150, more than twice what I had been told! I expressed that I did not feel comfortable paying more than the $70 I had been told, especially after moving around my schedule to accommodate their same-day cancelation of my original appointment time. The stylist offered to comp the remainder of the service price, and left to mix my color. Five minutes later, however, I was approached by the owner who said I would need to pay the full $150, so I told her I would be leaving as I didn’t feel comfortable, at which point she rudely started insisting that I was “backing her employees into a corner”, acting as though I had threatened or mistreated them, and told me to get out. I honestly cannot believe someone this rude and unprofessional is still in business.
