Critical: QualityI asked for gel polish on my nails. So the polish in the box didn’t match what she put on my toes. Of course this part was not her fault, but when she started trying to mix colors on my nails and they didn’t blend this was her fault.When another customer came in she began rushing trying to finish up with me so that she could get to the next customer. I pointed out the errors you can see and picture and she acted like she didn’t see anything.So I eventually asked Gina to remove this off my hands and she tried to make it seem like it was my fault, like I should have noticed all this.This is your business not mine.Want be back!!!!I asked for gel polish on my nails. I asked for gel polish on my nails. So the polish in the box didn’t match what she put on my toes. Of course this part was not her fault, but when she started trying to mix colors on my nails and they didn’t blend this was her fault.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had my nails done by both but the lady rushes through and I would have terrible lifting in a matter of just a few days. The man was who did my nails and they were ok but the last time he rushed through because he had to hurry and leave and he didn’t shape my nails they were shaped like candy corn! Very sharp and didn’t clean out the left over acrylic bits under my nails. He jumped up said to pay her and left. I understand life happens but if he didn’t have time to complete my set he should have stated that before hand. He knew he had an appointment. I had to go home and finish them myself not even a clear coat was put on them. But then again why paint unfinished nails. I paid for unfinished nails that I had to finish myself with carpal tunnel. Positive: QualityGreat service, super nicearried couple are the owners and sole proprietors. Immediately as you enter the shop,bother ask you to wash your hands. I knew I was in the right place! Very careful not to chance trapping the Covid virus in their shop. I will never step foot back into VIP nails, this shop has my business!Service: Dip powder
