We went at opening time and got right in. My sister got tips and a dip manicure with a single color with Kenny (epic color)! She had a great experience and laughed with him. My sister and I walked in to this business for a nail appointment, and they were very accommodating! We went at opening time and got right in. My sister got tips and a dip manicure with a single color with Kenny (epic color)! She had a great experience and laughed with him. I went to Lily and got full nail art with a gel manicure. Positive: CleanlinessThey took me and my mother in law on a Sunday @5:30 when they closed at 6. Very nice and to the point on the phone. I went in and they asked us what we wanted right away. It is extremely clean and modern – love. It also is not a salon that focuses only on the way the atmosphere looks, but the techs are very good. I had three people take care of me for pedicure and manicure AND ALL WERE EXCELLENT. They also were conscious of the fact that I didn’t want to spend forever in there on my only day off. I am picky about how I like my nails but as long as you communicate they are professional and willing. I’m from NY and this is the best salon I’ve gone to since living in FL for 6 years. I’ve been going to this place since it opened and have seen their service decline and their prices increase. The last few visits have been an issue (charged me incorrectly, charged me more than service price because my nail tech had to leave and they used someone else to finish my nail art, to name a few.) My most recent visit was just to remove my dip nails, in the past this service included shaping my nails and regular color, and today they only removed the dip and he barely wanted to file a nail he broke. This is what they left me with – this is AFTER I came home and tried to put some oil on my nail. I even told them in the past Vi, who I believe is the owner, told me it was included and the front desk girl said “well prices have increased because everything is going up”. First, I didn’t say anything about the cost, I mentioned the fact that they are offering less services for the same cost. So their services have changed? I didn’t see that anywhere in the establishment, but I won’t be returning.

Horrible!!! I was there last Monday on Wednesday my nails started to chip! They last 4 weeks and I could take a hammer to them. Every nail is now chipped I won’t even go back to have them fix for free m, obviously they dont know how to do dips. Wax forget it! I have thin brows and asked for a cleanup , they have no idea..nor do they understand English …$100 later and I will need to go back to noire nails when they open on Tuesday…my go to but because they were closed on Monday I had no choice to go to baby nail bar….Never again!! Don’t waste your $$$$

I came here because the location was nice. I brought my 7yr old daughter here a few weeks ago and enjoyed the customer service. I went back today for myself for the first time. The customer service was amazing, but I didn’t get what I asked for. I went in explaining how I wanted my nails, even showed a picture. It wasn’t until the service was done and I reminded the lady of my design, she tells me she isn’t able to do it. I am very disappointed because now I have to pay more money to get my nails redone. I’m very upset because I paid $65 for something I don’t like.

I stopped in here for a pedicure. The girl talked me into a collagen pedicure and a manicure. The outcome was painful. My heel is scraped and cut. One toenail has no polish. I will not be returning. It was not a good experience. Pedicure, Manicure

Had two technicians working with my girlfriend and I for almost 2.5 hours; nails completely fell apart after a few days. We went back and little could be done because of timing, however the salon manager confirmed they would be able to “hook us up” the next time we came. We will simply just not come back.
