I have been here a few times and it’s hit or miss. They have so many employees you get a random person everytime. Half the time they are horrible at nails. The pictures are after they fixed them and they still are extremely sloppy and not what I asked for. I asked for longer thinner nails multiple times. They lie and try and sell you more. They price is insane this mess cost $76 . They do not do refunds and this was the “fixed” nails. I would not waste your money, looks like a nice place but they rush and produce sloppy nails. We have started to go to the place across to street.

Has a very upscale feel without being too pretentious. It’s welcoming and extremely clean and well maintained. They no longer do hair but all other services are available. Optional wine or champagne is available at an additional charge. Very friendly staff that treats you like top priority.

I have had two horrible experiences back to back and I will never return to this “spa” again! My first visit I went for a pedicure and Let them know that I wanted normal nail polish and not the gel. I was pressured and pressure and asked more than three times why I didn’t want gel. It to the point that they actually brought out the light and began doing a gel pedicure when I had to once again tell them “no, How many times do I have to say I do not want Gel.” It was such a pressured experience that I could not relax and they would speak amongst each other in another language knowing full well that they were talking about me

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! They look all pretty and fancy inside and they lure you with that luxurious-looking decor but it’s fake! Their service does not match that. I got my dip manicure done last week and four of my nails started chipping at the tips within a week, so I went back one week later to have them fix it but they said because it’s past three days, I would have to pay extra for them to fix it. First of all, dip should last minimum of three weeks that’s why we pay extra for that. If it barely lasted a week, they didn’t do it right and they wanted ME to pay extra for them to fix their mistake. A different person fixed my nails and said “wow who did these nails for you last time, they didn’t do it right. I only fixed it temporarily, you have to come back next week and remove everything and get a new set” I was appalled! You telling me I have to come back and have my dip manicure removed after only two weeks and pay all over for a new set?!?!?!?! Every place I had gotten dip manicure done, it has lasted me 3-4 weeks. I am always satisfied with my dip manicure. I only went to this greedy people because they were open late. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! They didn’t even deserve my tip!

My nail tech was great however the $20 add on fee for gel polish instead of lacquer is insane. Spent $56 and $34 for mani plus $40 for gel ($20 for feet $20 for fingers).That’s almost $140 not including 25% tip. Also reception won’t tell you balance of gift cards over the phone you must drive there and be told the balance in person only. I’ve been going to this nail salon for years but am done now.

Love getting facials here, Martha is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She knows exactly what my skin needs every time. She’s so calming and knowledgable! Every time I leave her my skin feels so wonderful and I feel extremely relaxed. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows through her work!! Highly recommend getting your facials with Martha!

Very relaxing atmosphere! Everyone had their own personal space and plenty of room for the amount of people they had there. My appointment was quick and I didnt spend longer then I expected. My technician was very nice and I would love to see her again. She kept me comfortable and in charge!

My daughter and I were gave a pedi today. The nail techs were great. However the lady next to us was on her phone for over an hour. Call after call. Suggest the owner observe their clients and ask them to be more polite to the other customers.
