I just had the best time at this place after new management took over. I’ve been there three times I usually get a face wax and eyebrow wax which the new crew does really well they never mess up my eyebrows they don’t take them in too far and they look really beautiful at the end. She also has a light hand so it doesn’t hurt too bad to be waxed. My nails are on another level I absolutely love them it’s the same lady who did it. I came in with a design I was wanting for Halloween to have nails that resemble some thing from lord of the rings and she took the design and ran with it making it into some thing even more beautiful. I absolutely love them and I cannot wait to go back to get my nails done bye this crew there so much better than the old crew. Thank you so much I love it!

Critical: QualityBeen going to Azul day spa for years and recently every time I go the service is always worse. Today I spent $100! On a pedi and full acrylic set. My nails look horribly shaped! Looks like humps were left when you look at them from the side. Some weren’t even polished on the side! My tech was Vivian. Been going to Azul day spa for years and recently every time I go the service is always worse. Today I spent $100! On a pedi and full acrylic set. My nails look horribly shaped! Looks like humps were left when you look at them from the side. Some weren’t even polished on the side! My tech was Vivian. I’ve been here a few time and I always get the best service when I come in! You can tell they use quality product because their acrylic nails can last 3+ weeks! The design of my nail was pretty – not Pinterest perfect but the idea was there. I’m upset over the shaping of my nail. Each nail a diff size, shape, direction, crooked. Fat & rounded. Like humps from the side? Don’t promise you can copy & paste if you can’t. The tech told me 45, but front charged my card 85 wout telling me! Def not worth 85!

I took my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old niece to get gel nails. They charged me $67 EACH! No special foot car just the classic and they each got one color they used for both their feet and hands. Was very thrown off and upset because the sign in their building says different prices. I see why they don’t have as much business as they used too or their old technicians.

My technician did a great job on my classic pedi, however my big toes polish just fell off. My wife asked for a “spa deluxe” and the male technician took less time and barely massaged my wife’s legs. If you want to brave this place, my suggestion is to avoid the technician my wife had. Zero stars for that individual. Good luck. Pedicure
