Went today to get nails done. Nancy was the person who I was unlucky enough to get!! I felt like the staff was talking about me! Nancy is VERY rude and does terrible work! Two of my nails had big obvious gouges in them and she was gonna let me leave like that! When I asked her to fix she seemed annoyed! Then she had the nerve to EXPECT a tip! Not a chance was I gonna tip and more importantly I will NEVER be back!

My gel manicure was the worst I’ve ever had. The get started peeling off the next day, as did all the other nails wishing 3 days. They looked horrible had to go get another gel manicure by another salon. Will never use AZ again. Pedicure, Manicure

Worst experience ever.. was not even a manicure basically just polish change.. Barely greeted upon arrival. However immediately given foil for old gel & that was appreciated. But then sat with nothing to do. Finally asked for tv to be turned on for which they did but… only one was set to a show & based on where the station is set you have to crane your neck. Within a minute of watching your neck starts hurting. Then the lady comes over & starts scraping the old gel off. Its obvious the nails were not soaked enough & I don’t want my nail bed scraped off with the metal scrapper so I asked for more soak time. That should have been my first sign that I wasn’t welcome here. The lady then came back 30 minutes later. She proceeded to use a nail file to get remainder gel off while filing my finger into shreds. She also didn’t get all the previous polish off. She then barely properly manicure filed my nails and had me soak. This was so uncomfortable as the station doesn’t have enough room to rest your arm. My wrist almost hurt as bad as my fingers. My fingers feel blistered. The woman barely filed my nails & then scraped cuticle oil on my nail beds repeatedly trying to get the polish off. My nail beds are ruined. They kept pressuring me to pick a color so I did. It didn’t look grey but they said it was. The problem is the lighting in there is so bad no one can see the color. They were so unfriendly, no one can speak English or they don’t bother to even try & listen. I apologized like 5 times for being “picky” like please put polish on the side of my nail to cover the polish you didn’t remove & they said nothing. I’m tired of this rant but I could say more. This place is not worth my time or yours. They are rude, I just wasted 2 hours of my life & had to pay $35 for it.

I’ve been here a handful of times and I like it! It’s just your average nail salon, the technicians are nice enough. I only give 4 stars because the atmosphere is just a little outdated. However it’s clean and they do a good job on nails. Nancy is very sweet! Manicure, Nail art

3 years of patronage. Always nice and friendly. Love my nails and love easy of booking online. Love the gals and guys. Always a nice atmosphere! I dont like that they recently added a 3% fee for credit and debit cards, it’s a cost of foing business and I don’t carry cash. It might be the thing that makes me look around….

This place used to be the best! Had a dip manicure on 09/11/2020 and I’ve already had THREE nails pop off. I get that everyone has bad days once in a while but this unfortunately hasn’t been the first time I’ve had a bad experience. The two time before this I made an appointment and had to wait over 30mins after my appointment before I was helped. I decided to give them one last chance and I’m upset I did. Now I have a dip manicure I paid over 45 bucks for (added cuticle removal) and only 7 fingers that look good.

Absolutely loved it here. Tracy was recommended and so I figured I’ll give it a try. My nails were treated with royalty and Tracy was amazing. I get acrylics and they lift easy and always hurt because techs usually don’t want to work with my “curved” nails. It didn’t hurt once. She didn’t over drill at all… and three weeks later what .. no lift ! Couldn’t be happier. I Finally found a nail salon I’ll continue to go too. If the biggest down side was the sign on the outside I’ll be just fine.

This salon came highly recommended to me from a Facebook review and they were not wrong!! Tracy was quick and very professional. Not only did she ask me every step of the way what I wanted, she made it into a pleasant experience, which seems to have gotten lost along the way with some other salons. She told me what to expect so I could relax and not guess what was coming next or if I was going to have any input on shape. I did a french with the dip powder and it looks like an acrylic set! she was meticulous about every detail and it ended with a massage and sugar scrub for my hands- which is STANDARD for them!! I will definitely be back- thank you so much for a great nail experience- I am so happy to finally feel pampered again for a service that is supposed to be a luxury.
