I absolutely love this place, all nail salons that I have been to within this area always overcharge or when I ask them to do designs they always say they never have time , each time I have been to AZ nails Ben and his staff have always greeted me very well and made sure that my needs were taken care of if I ever had any type of design I wanted they always worked with me to give me something that I love, they are just Nice people in general and make you feel like you are welcomed when you are in their salon, Ben has been nothing but nice with my whole experience at the spa, each time I leave I feel very satisfied with my nails and their prices are really reasonable considering the designs that I have gotten in the past. I will never go to another salon AZ nails will be my go to thank you Ben and staff for making me feel welcomed. Also Ben has a huge selection of nail polishes when it comes to chrome color changing glow in the dark cat eye you name it been has it all!

First time getting a pedicure at this establishment. The owner of the salon personally greeted and sat us. He additionally went out of his way to ensure the temperature of the foot bath was to our liking. We were both shown the price menu and chose #2. We were not pressured into upgrading services or spending more money than what we were comfortable with. Nick is great and provided a great pedicure. The exceptional service provided to us is a rarity nowadays and we will be returning. Thank you.

I was over charged for my spa pedicure that was supposedly only $25 (with gel I expected $35) it ended up being $45 somehow. My full set is so messed up. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They were really nice though. I guess that’s where my 2 stars are coming from. Not coming back here.

I love this place! The owners are very nice. I get my nails done by Jessica. She does them perfect each time. I recommend her if you need a mani and pedi. She is a very sweet person.

It was OK until she started asking me every five minutes if I like to upgrade the package at a higher cost. At the end of it nails were cut way too short and still had calluses won’t be going there again Pedicure

They are very unprofessional they don’t do a manicure or pedicure the way it’s supposed to be. They leave the in grown tie nails and the don’t cut out your cuticle as it should be from your hands even after telling her she left skin on your hands. The nails were not properly filed correctly look at the photo. I also had to tell her the end of my nails were rough after it’s all polished she filing them down really.

Critical: QualityI will never be back. My normal place was closed for vacation, so I go online to find the “best nail salons in my area.”I saw many wonderful reviews about this place so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. The older gentleman that did my nails evidently has not had much experience. I had to pull my hands away several times because he kept hurting me. He glued the tips to my skin on several nails and when I went to and then went to try to file the sides of the nail and cut my skin. He was very rough on a few cuticles, I know sometimes there’s discomfort on the cuticle but nothing like this today. I have been getting SNS for years and never had this bad of an experience.Then there’s the shape. Several of my nails have a fan shape which I told him I did not want. I said I want a squoval/rounded square. I was unhappy with the shape from the jump and I kept telling him I didn’t like it and he kept trying to fix it but never did get all of them looking uniform. I can’t wait to go back to my normal place. If you go here please do not let the older gentleman do your nails. I think the younger guy is better or the women.
