Sandra is amazing! I called her today around 1pm and asked if she could do a cut on myself and my daughter today? She did not hesitate. She asked when I wanted to do it? I told her it would only take me about 15 minutes to get there and she was able to see us at 1:45. We got there as she was finishing up her guest. Took only a few minutes for her to clean up and sanitize then my daughter was in the chair. My daughter was very indecisive about what she wanted done with her hair. She knew she wanted it short but not sure how to explain it. Sandra was very patient while trying to make sure she got what she wanted. “E” was still not clear about what she was looking for and Sandra took her time making sure “E” was happy. She was very pleased with the way it turned out. For myself, ever since I had COVID my hair has thinned out and broken off. I let Sandra know I like fixing my hair and braiding it. She understood & made it clear that I would need to cut it every 6-8 weeks for the length to look more even in order to avoid cutting it so short that I wouldn’t be able to do anything with it. She was also able to recommend a heat protector that should help avoid damage when I use heat. We went over the shampoos and conditioners I use which change often. I was glad to take her up on her recommendation. She is looking out for the health of my hair. Which is what I wanted when finding a new salon. I was happy to go ahead and schedule my next appointment. Finally, the search is over! Thank you Sandra!
