Critical: QualityI used to love getting my eyebrows done here but I went about a week ago and the lady who did them left them so thin and uneven. She completely messed up the arch in my eyebrow. Not to mention the lady at the front desk who is always so rude and has very poor customer service skills. Never coming back here again.

I’ve been going here since they first opened and their service is exceptional. I always trust one of them to get my eyebrows done and each time is the way I want it. As for my hair, Crystal is amazing! She interacts with me and understands how I’m always unsure of what I’m looking for. She’s able to come up with a design I thoroughly with such excellent care. I live in Austin but every time I come back to the valley, Aveda in the mall is the place to go! I highly recommend with Crystal for hair!! You’ll love the end design. ❤️ ♀️

I’m very particular about my brows, and tend to be dissatisfied with most brow bars, However, I FINALLY found a place that can do them PERFECTLY!! The girl that helped me didn’t just attack my brows with the thread aimlessly, she was careful and did my brows EXACTLY as I asked for. I will definitely be going back again! Also, they offer a groupon deal for $9 brows. Pretty great all around!

Had a great experience! I have crazy curly hair and its hard to find someone who can help me out with it, but Marlena did magic! My hair is now very silky and my curls look more defined. It really depends on who you get. I had a great experience with threading with Celeste about a month ago so I went back. This time, a different person was available so I didn’t get the same person who did such a great job last time. I won’t name the person who worked on my eyebrows today because I don’t have anything good to say about her work. Today, my eyebrows are ruined. I asked for a clean up. My eyebrows are already on the thin side so I asked her not to shape them, just to take off the stray hairs. When she was done, I was so upset! She made my eyebrows even thinner-you can see a color difference in the skin that is now exposed, she left the inner ends pointy- I told her to leave them square the way they already were, and she took off too much from the inner ends so now my eyebrows are too far apart. I feel ridiculous and truly regret letting this girl touch my eyebrows. They didn’t charge me for the service because it was not at all what I asked for, but that doesn’t help my eyebrows grow back faster. Be really careful with who you let work on you!
