They have two outstanding very talented stylist who are efficient and provide outstanding service. Unfortunately, that’s as much as this place gets. First, the management is extremely poor. I am lucky enough to have a good relationship with my stylist so I avoid the madness every time I go here. On the rare Occasion that my stylist is not available, I suffer hours of waiting for a stylist to be available. They supposedly write down your name on a sheet of notebook paper take keep track of who arrive first. The front desk staff does a terrible job of completing this simple assignment. They spent most of their time gossiping and distracting the rest of the stylists and On multiple occasions I’ve talk to management and the receptionist and brought up my concerns. Never have they been addressed. The last straw for me came when three clients were assigned to stylus I had of me, the clients arrived well after I had been waiting. Their excuse was they messed up. Be advised of this if you attend this salon.

This was my first and last time going to this salon. I can’t speak on behalf of all the staff at this salon, but the lady that cut my hair did a very poorly job, I think her name is Yullee she has long dark brown hair and she had it in a pony tail, she also had a few tattoos on her left wrist. At first everything went well, but as she was cutting my hair she cut it in less then 15 min. Took a call (which I don’t mind, but she proceeds to say “I will call you back in 5 minutes) and she had barely begun too cut it. She as well cut way more then I requested, we are talking about 3 inches more.

I’ve been coming here for over five years and I live 35 minutes away. I was sick of the hacks (pun intended) at Great Clips and Fantastic Sam’s so I decided to go outside of my comfort zone. They predominantly speak Spanish but that’s never been an issue for me. My man Luis speaks English and is incredibly talented! Everybody here is very talented. $14 bucks for my haircut and shampoo. They are typically busy on the weekends. If you’re a gringo like me and want a different experience with incredible results, visit Avandaros!
