Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter and I went for “the finale” which is a shampoo, deep condition, cut, and blow dry. We were on time, however, our stylist was a bit late. She rushed in and looked at us and said to go to the back. She asked what we were having done and I told her. When she shampooed my daughter’s hair, she came back and started brushing her tangled hair with a comb stating she needed a condition. I repeated to her that’s what I had asked for so she got a bowl and applied that. The entire time she complained about how hungry she was and the employees that work there. She also stated she was great at color but not at blowouts and was never going to learn. I went home having to fix my daughter’s hair and mine since it was still damp toward the root. I paid $130 for both my daughter and I. When she tried ringing us up she didn’t know how and when the front receptionist told her that I booked a package that included it all she was disappointed to learn she couldn’t charge us for each service separately and walked off. This place once had a great reputation but quite frankly the service has depreciated. My daughter and I went for “the finale” which is a shampoo, deep condition, cut, and blow dry. We were on time, however, our stylist was a bit late. She rushed in and looked at us and said to go to the back. She asked what we were having done and I told her.
