I am utterly disgusted with the quality of my care i received. i requested a SOAK off of my acrylic nails with a gel manicure afterwards. they said that was fine and started taking the polish off of one hand. after doing this the lady took a cardboard tag, cut it was nail clippers so it was sharp, and started digging the acrylic off of my nails which resulted in breakage, pain, and bleeding. i didnt allow her to finish my hand and i left distraught.

i love them sometimes but yesterday they cut way too much of my cuticles and i had to ask them to stop after one hand bc it hurt too much and they still hurt and they also shaved my nails down too much on certain fingers. i love the nails i got and i usually come here but dang i’m in pain right now. 🙁 Acrylic nails

I go back hoping things improved. Some improvements but some things became worse. After two weeks, FIVE acrylic nails broke. I went to get them fixed and I received nothing but attitude about it. I was rushed and encountered rude remarks such as “They broke because you waited too long to get them refilled”. However, I went to other nail salons and I would go back 3-4 weeks later for a refill, and none of my nails were broken upon my return. I came here a year ago and had nothing but bad experiences, like acrylics lifting and the employees removing my acrylics so roughly my real nail rips in the middle. I go back hoping things improved.
