I liked this place the first time I came the lady was nice & did a good job although nothing seemed to be sanitized. They’re very nice the location is great but the review is mainly for the second time I came. The guy used his fingernails to push back my cuticles which if you know actually hurts more than just using a cuticle pusher and nothing was pre sanitized again, I asked him to make sure my nails were the same length he filed it down once and never checked the length again so I’m left with some nails shorter than others and bubbles at the ends of my left hand like he didn’t file it well & some fingers the powder is right there with my cuticle like in the pic my pointer and pinky. I probably will keep looking for a better nail salon.

I was unhappy with a few of my nails breaking but the manager messaged me directly and invited me back to fix anything I didn’t like.. he even did this free of charge. I really appreciate them hearing me out and actually working with me to resolve any issues. My nails actually look better than before. I’m very satisfied with their quick response and pleasant attitude. Thank you so much!

The lady was very nice, but I think it was her first day. She must of been a little nervous. I understand. She forgot to ask me how long I wanted my nails. It ok though I like them short and she did well on the manicure she did the silver glitter on the tips which I asked for and she did a great job. She just needs to remember to ask how long you like your nails to be and give you a little time to pick out a color. Other then that great job! We will be back she got a tip from me! She will be a success!

To say I’m disappointed is a huge understatement. I came here as an emergency backup because my usual at home nail tech wasn’t available and girls from my job spoke highly of this place. I sat with a lady who immediately pulled out dirty tools and not even a minute later told me to sit elsewhere because she had an appointment. After 15 mins I was given someone else and again. Dirty hands, dirty towels and stations and dirty tools. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed and my cuticles are all cut up. I tried to get some things changed but he didn’t understand what I was saying. And to top it off I paid $95 for a FILL. I wish I could get my money back. This place is like all the others. Unprofessional not clean and no personal experience. Just in and out. I will stick to my at home nail tech because at least I’ll know I’m getting a clean and correct service and being charged appropriately and giving her a nice tip.
