It was the worst experience I have ever had with an establishment. The worker who did my nails was unfriendly and down right rude at times. Her station was filthy and she cleaned her station with her file and then would file my nails. I had to tell the worker at some point that she was rude and it would do her some good to be kind to paying customers. I will not be returning to this facility or ever recommend them to anyone. I took my 5 year old for her first manicure and pedicure. I got combo as well with gel polish. I gave her my card and she brought me CC receipt for $155!! After tip for my 5 year old and I to get a manicure and pedicure, I spent $175!! Seems very pricey!

It was my first time to this establishment and I’m happy to say that I had a good experience. It was clean and inviting. I was extremely lucky to have a wonderful technician (Greeta- so sorry if I did not get that correct) do my pedicure and manicure. She was professional and asked and listened to what I wanted. Critical: Punctuality, QualityI never review anything negative regarding businesses but I definitely felt like I needed to post this for my nail people. I went to Aura Nails 2 in Fairfield and I am never going back. I got acrylic, shellac done ten days ago and it’s already peeling!! This should and has never happened with acrylic in my experience. PLUS, it’s lifting near my cuticle where my hair is getting caught in it. I never review anything negative regarding businesses but I definitely felt like I needed to post this for my nail people. I went to Aura Nails 2 in Fairfield and I am never going back. I got acrylic, shellac done ten days ago and it’s already peeling!! This should and has never happened with acrylic in my experience. The woman who did my nails was great, but the receptionist was awful. She was short, rude to me, rude to everyone really. Left me with my nails soaking for an hour with no communication. I even had an appointment. I was there for HOURS for some dip powder over my nails. Dip powder

Update 10 7 2022 i had an appointment at 10 am right when they open. My daughter and i were the only ones in the salon. My pedicure went fine but when it came time to do my nails. Fabio who This is the first time i saw him here after showing him a simple sns ombre and a design for each ring finger. He proceeds to tell me he can’t do ombre or designs and has me go wait next to the nail tech doing my daughters nails as he goes sits out front the salon smoking a cigarette.At 11:30 am i am still waiting for someone to start my nails. The nail tech with my daughter then asks fabio if he could at least start my nails putting on the tips and color and she would do the design at this point its 12 pm he ends up cutting my tips and filing them way shorter than i told him but after being their 2 hours before even getting my nails started Im too angry to ask him to do them over the look okay but when he is finished with my color he hops up from his station without using the sns activator or top coat and asks someone to do the design. I then have the tech doing my design fabio and another nail tech watching the other nail tech draw the design on the two fingers. I ended up not leaving the salon til 1 pm when i arrived at 10 am. This experience i went through today with none of the techs being able to do anything i asked for and waiting 2 hours for someone to start my nails has made me decide that today will most likely be the last time i ever go to this salon. Which i know won’t matter at all to them because they have a lot of other people who go there. But i do not 1000% recommend fabio doing anyones nails until he goes back for more training on how to do his job.
