I waited 3 hours for nail service. It was like she did not care. Then took a appt before me after i was already waiting. She was very unfriendly and rushed through my service. I paid 38.00 for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. She didn’t apologize for the wait or even offer a discount for my service next time. Very unfriendly

I’ve had a good experience up until today. For the usual length I get my nails is 20 something dollars but today I had someone else do them and he said 35. I told him “no thank you I’m not going to get my nails done” due to him trying to overcharge me. I asked him if he could take them off, but instead of him taking everything off he left the tips on and refused to take them off. Very unsatisfied and poor customer service.
