My health and appearance is very important to me and I want them to be important to the physician I choose or that is referred to me as well. I have a skin lesion I was really worried about because of the time frame of having it (8 months) without it going away. So I was referred to this place to have a biopsy completed to see what it was. I was relieved that it wasn’t serious just normal skin. After I received a call informing me of the results I inquired about the next course of action to have the lesion removed since we know it nothing serious. I received a call back from someone who said the doc stated the lesion was removed and I was supposed to call back if it resurfaced. So I inform her it was never removed it was a biopsy completed. Why don’t you guys know that? she puts me on hold and come back with information that she doesn’t even sound confident in providing saying “the doctor said call back and schedule an appointment in 2 months so we can reevaluate the issue”. Terrible experience. I want the physician I’m visiting and their staff to care as much for my health, well being, and appearance as I do…

Very disappointed. Took over 2 months to get an appointment, then when I arrived they told me they could only address 1 concern, not 2. So I had to choose between my hand rash or a full body scan. Staff told me the doctor is only allowed 15 mins per patient. I told them they could bill me twice, but I needed my concerns to be addressed today, since getting a babysitter and driving all the way to Concord isn’t convenient. However, they refused. Dr. Bunch seemed very rushed. The only compliment I have is for the nurse who took time to talk to me, was kind and knowledgeable, which is the only reason they got 1 star. I will be taking my business elsewhere that’s for sure!

We’ve been trying to reach them for hours today to schedule appointments (as new customers) for my wife and me, and, after pressing “1”, get a generic “No one at that extension is available … leave a message”. Having that much difficulty getting through to a live person, or even a more encouraging/informative message does not make a good impression. We are now going to try another place.
