Had a wonderful experience with Jen at Atomic Blonde! She was on time, asked me what I wanted for my hair appointment, professional, easy to talk to, and quick. A couple of years ago, my hair stylist who I had been using for more than 10 years, moved away. Since then, I have been bouncing around trying to find a stylist who not only can provide me with a trendy cut, but also fabulous blonde. No More Looking! Before he even started, Shane asked questions to ensure he had an understanding of what I was wanting. His knowledge on color and products was astounding to me, and after a short time in his chair I was completely relaxed and knew I was in good hands. I absolutely LOVE my Cut & Color!!! He more than nailed it…I told Shane the color and cut were both the best I have ever had…EVER 🙂 It is evident that Shane is passionate about his career, and strives to create the exact look for his clients…which he is ever so successful! Shane is hands down the BEST salon professional I’ve ever had! A couple of years ago, my hair stylist who I had been using for more than 10 years, moved away. Since then, I have been bouncing around trying to find a stylist who not only can provide me with a trendy cut, but also fabulous blonde. No More Looking! After having a bad haircut at another salon I was worried about trying someone new in my search for someone permanent. I am SO happy that I came here and booked with Shane. My hair feels looks and smells amazing! He took his time and made it look effortless while we talked. I can tell that he is detail oriented. He listened and looked at pictures of what I liked and didn’t like. If you are considering someone new you won’t regret trying Shane. I am SO happy that I came here and booked with Shane. My hair feels looks and smells amazing! He took his time and made it look effortless while we talked. I can tell that he is detail oriented. Critical: QualityIf you are new to town and looking for a new hair stylist don’t go here. My experience with the hairdresser started out on a bad note when the clients requests were dismissed and then made to feel like they were too much for the hairdresser due to the fact that she had “other clients and appointments later on“. As a new client and wanting to make sure that I can trust whoever is cutting and coloring my hair, building my confidence by saying they don’t have enough time because they have other people is not very comforting. After waiting a month and a half for my appointment and then 30 minutes in the shop before I got scene, I ended up walking out because the hairdresser said she was not sufficient enough with three hours for a color and cut even though online was not able to distinguish between one or the other.It was clear unless I was a reoccurring client or someone who worked in the shop my needs were not going to be heard or even considered a priority. It’s very upsetting to someone who spends over $200 on their hair and wanted to give a local business a chance. It’s unfortunate this experience has caused it terrible taste in my mouth for Atomic Blonde Salon.If you are new to town and looking for a new hair stylist don’t go here. My experience with the hairdresser started out on a bad note when the clients requests were dismissed and then made to feel like they were too much for the hairdresser due to the fact that she had “other clients and appointments later on“.
