Olga has been very patient, personable and concerned. She takes her time to answer any and all of my concerns, and She is relentless to be sure that the treatment she recommends is precise and accurate. Her staff is also caring and friendly and very helpful.

I drove all the way from oviedo, because the doctors here couldn’t fix my psoriasis. The doctors here knew my condition was bad. my doctor gave me his cell phone number the first time I came. he assured me that we were going to fix this. he gave me as many samples as he could, gave me a plan, spent time and was thorough with me. they prescribed me medication that worked, and I didnt go back until years later. by that time my doctor was gone from this location but my new doctor gave me her number as well. these people do really care and try their hardest. over by me in oviedo, I had dismissive attitudes, rushed prescriptions, and diagnosis. I love these people here and I wish I could show and tell them how much they helped me.

I have been going to get my moles checked regularly for years and just moved to Florida. I went to Affiliated Dermatology in Ocoee, FL in May 2022. Sarah Silveira entered the room and looked at my nose and said immediately- “I have to take that off- it’s cancerous”- and there was no mole. Before I knew it, trustingly, she completely gouged the side of my nose in less than 10 seconds flat. Scooping it like ice-cream. There is a permanent scar there. She provided no “after care” suggestions until I asked over and over and to top it off- she wanted me to come in again and use nitrogen to spray the area of potential pre-cancerous cells and it wasn’t even healed yet. I walked around with it covered for over 2 weeks like a bullet hole making sure it never dried out with ointment followed by daily care of ointment. It is now mid October and I still put healing scar ointment on daily since Memorial day- still a dent and scar since day 1. After visiting another highly regarded Dermatologist- this person gave a heavy sigh and said unfortunately, that should have not happened because that scar is as good as it gets now. I am saying this to BEWARE. Affiliated is not only DIRTY (really, dust bunnies etc) but my experience with Sarah Silveira was absolutely horrible. Sloppy like I was cattle. Every time I look at my face, I will think of her carelessness. I don’t even want to give 1 star. I’ve been seeing dermatologist since I was 18 and I’m 56. I take precautions and good care of my skin. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Great experience with Jenny (esthetician) and Sarah at my appointment this week. Sarah was very knowledgeable and identified precancerous areas on my face. Jenny was so patient, competent, and detailed during the procedure. She informed me on how to care for my skin and what products to use for protection and after care! I will definitely come back again to see them.

Olga Forman is one of the best dermatologists Iv had the pleasure to see. I suffer from hyperhidrosis she listened and asked a bunch of questions. She was very personable and friendly and knowledgeable. She prescribed me a medication and now I don’t sweat like I used to. Honestly if you have skin issues see olga! Also her assistant Liset is very nice.

My wife and I as well as our son and daughter have been seeing Mario in the Dr Philips office and Celebration office for 20 years. He may have saved my life when he discovered I had melanoma and promptly arranged for treatment for a full recovery. I have often spent months and even years out of the country but I would regularly travel to see Mario for a checkup. He has a very caring and professional attitude. I have at times visited other dermatologists but they never measured up to Mario’s care. His staff is also very kind and professional. I can recommend Mario to anyone, without hesitation.

Olga Forman (PA) isn’t very personable/friendly and she isn’t a good listener. She did nothing about several skin issues I was having. She basically told me there was nothing she could do for me and blew off my concerns. This wasn’t acceptable to me. So, I went to a different dermatologist and she listened to my concerns and immediately took action to resolve my issues. In addition to my concerns with Olga, the office staff doesn’t follow up. Someone was supposed to contact me about a follow up visit and I never heard a word. I wouldn’t recommend this group and especially Olga Forman.

The good? Well, some of the staff are very good at what they do. Personable and informative. The doctors have been ok, but rushed.

Fix your customer service with the phones. Was first told I would receive a callback about November 1. That never happened. So I have been calling for the past several days to schedule surgery and only one call back which I could not answer at that moment. Called again today and pressed a different prompt. The lady could only take a message and forward to surgery team and most likely not get a call back today she said.

Warning. This is no “dermatologist” office. The location over at 400 Celebration Place in Advent is a General Practitioner’s office. How in the world can you see dermatological issues under an above, singular fluorescent light casting a yellow hue? No magnifier glass. No other spot light.
