Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe nail tech was by far the rudest I’ve ever come across with grabbing and pushing my hands away. I voiced my concern about the lumpy acrylic and she did nothing to fix it. I can see the see the nail growth I had over my polish! She didn’t apply hardly any acrylic at all. The nail tech was by far the rudest I’ve ever come across with grabbing and pushing my hands away. I voiced my concern about the lumpy acrylic and she did nothing to fix it. I can see the see the nail growth I had over my polish! She didn’t apply hardly any acrylic at all. This is the most hideous nail job I have ever had! Critical: QualitySo, I gave them a photo of what I wanted. It even says what the powder was that they used. I wanted natural looking nails. The photo on the left is what I received. It’s a baby pink. Not at all a sheer nude color and no small French tip. While I was there, a woman got her eyebrows waxed and she complained at the front that she felt her brows were uneven and the woman just took her credit card and swiped it. No attempt to remedy the concern. This was my first time to this place. I thought I’d try it because of the positive reviews. So, I gave them a photo of what I wanted. It even says what the powder was that they used. I wanted natural looking nails. The photo on the left is what I received. It’s a baby pink. Not at all a sheer nude color and no small French tip. Critical: QualityI’ve been going to this establishment for almost a year now I haven’t really had much to complain about till this year. Ive been going almost religiously every two weeks and prices are great and for the most part service is great as well but a month ago I noticed I got a nail fungus which only happens when the nails have lifted and aren’t treated properly. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 17 and never got a nail fungus before moving here. Ive noticed the nails lift within a week and a half of getting them and If u have them more than a few month they fall off within days. After giving them a second chance after a 3 week grace period to heal my nails I come back and ask for an appointment as I always do and they tell me just come in today. Ok so I do I wait for an hour and a half watching other appointments come in.
