I am very disappointed with the service. I am never going back again. It look like the quality of the canton location is getting worst. There are many new faces and service is getting very bad. First time, color didn’t even stay in my hair very long. Usually when I color my hair, it usually good for about five week. This time after two hair wash, my hair look liked it was never colored. I figured may be my hair changed and may be it might need different formula. So I went back again. My BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! Today, after spending over 2 hours at salon for color and trim, I came home with wet hair. It was closing time, so stylish did even blow dry my hair properly. When I came home there was color all over my ears and forehead. Middle part of my head all wet. I didn’t even feel like I came from salon. Total waste of money. It appeared that she were trying to hurry up and get me out. This will be my last visit to this place.

Milly was friendly and did a nice job. My experience would have been a lot better if I did not freeze in the pedicure room. First time having a facial here. Very nice facial, relaxing environment, friendly staff. Two small recommendations – apply lotion to the neck and upper chest. Every facial I’ve had elsewhere has done this. Also, do something while the mask is setting. Other facials I’ve had use this time to massage the scalp, or hands, or moisturize the neck or apply balm to the lips…something like that. It was awkward waiting for the mask to set and neither of us were doing anything.

My wife went in to get full foil hair color. By the end when she went to pay, she was charged over $300. She was expecting to pay around $150 or less. The stylist charged her for treatments that she never asked for. Not once during the hair color did the stylist inform her that I am going to do these additional services and they will cost such and such dollars. The color of her hair came out so bad that it almost looks like no color was done. Warning stay away from this place, they are thieves. They don’t tell you upfront how much the services will cost you and then at the end throw an outrageous bill at you. We are planning to notify the Better Business Bureau of my wife’s experience and how they charged her for services that she didn’t ask to be done. The right thing for management to do is to refund out money for the services she didn’t ask for and just charge us for full foil. I will look to get my hair color done somewhere else next time!!!!!

I came here desperate to find a hair stylist to fix a horrible botched hair cut that I got from a different salon. I booked a 15 minute consultation with Millie. She was amazing! She knew what I was trying to say even though I struggle with hair terms/describing stuff lol she took my botched hideous haircut into a cut that I LOVE even though it’s not the end goal I have no problem rocking it until my hair grows back out! Can’t wait to schedule another appointment with her 🙂
