I have used them several times but, this time was the worst. They completely ruined my eyebrows. She was in a rush and seemed very flustered as customers were coming in. The part she ruined, I had been growing out for several years. I will never use them again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not worth it!! I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Critical: ProfessionalismWe love this place, our entire family goes here all the time. But unfortunately, they don’t use clean waxing practices. They- double dip the wax stick in the wax that’s used on multiple customers- use the same wax pot for multiple customers throughout the day-wax is way too hot for skinI’m not sure if they do this for body waxing as well, but for face waxing they do. I used to go to this place a lot couple years ago now they have fallen apart… I’ve tried 2 times and this is the last time I will be going. She completely messed up my eyebrows. Very disappointed. Eyebrow threading

Growing very tired of the unprofessionalism.OLD: I absolutely love this place, and I’ve been going since I was in high school. That being said, it has really gone downhill in terms of management. Everytime I go the business hours are different, and there’s been times I go during a weekday afternoon when I know it’s supposed to be open and yet it’s closed.
