Dysport treatment
Body Sculpting (Flex+)
TruSculpt flex+ is a muscle stimulating device that offers personalized treatments based on patient fitness level, shape, and goals. 15 minutes of treatment is equivalent to 54,000 crunches to help you tone and define muscles as well as increasing your metabolism.
Body Sculpting (truSculpt iD)
The revolutionary, non-invasive, monopolar RF body sculpting platform offers a personalized solution with an optimal experience and proven results in as little as one 15-minute hands-free treatment to reduce stubborn pockets of fat.
CO2 Laser Resurfacing
The Secret Pro laser vaporizes tissues to remove brown spots, sun damage, textural concern such as pore size, scarring and crepey skin. The micro-wounds created by the laser stimulate a wound healing process that leads leads to collagen synthesis. Ultimately, this smoothens lines and tightens skin.
Chemical Peel (VI Peel)
The VI Peel® portfolio system is safe for a variety of skin types. They include a light to medium depth peel that improves the tone, texture and clarity of the skin. It reduces or eliminates age spots, treats hyperpigmentation, acne and softens fine lines and wrinkles.
Deoxycholic Acid Injections (Kybella)
Kybella® is FDA approved to treat submental (double chin) fullness which helps to define and contour the chin and jawline. It is a permanent fat loss treatment. Depending on the client’s goal, 2-6 sessions and 1-4 vials per session may be necessary to obtain optimal results.
Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane & RHA)
Filler are derived from hyaluronic acid. They are used to replace volume and to help to restore a more youthful look to the lips, mid-face, jaw, and hands. Fillers lasts from 4 months to 2 years depending on the type.
HD PDO Threads
Traditionally used for suturing incisions, when used in an aesthetic setting, PDO threads create instant skin lifting; contract fat tissue to tighten skin & promote collagen production to give you enhanced skin texture and fewer fine lines and wrinkles.
IV Therapy

RF Microneedling
The Secret Pro use semi-insulated and non-insulated gold-plated needles that deliver RF energy into the targeted tissue accurately and safely. This gives a uniform warming effect to stimulate new collagen fibers to grow, leading to significant improvement to skin laxity, tone and texture.
Vitamin Injections

The staff here is truly one of a kind. I’ve never had anything done to me before so this visit was my very first. And I tell you it was an amazing experience. The staff treat and make you feel like family. Being that majority are already RN’s made me feel comfortable with them administrating the treatment I received. Would i recommend them yes yes I would highly recommend them. If you want a place that makes you feel like family from start to finish this is your place to go.

All i can say is that i love coming here. Cleanliness, professionalism, and caring professionals work here. Laura is my “go to girl” and she always makes sure to listen to what i want “fixed” and gives trustworthy advice. Im overly satisfied with the work she does. Not all treatments are the same for everyone but we found one that works for me and she went above and beyond to make sure i will be satisfied with my results. It’s definitely worth the price when you have someone truly listening to your concerns and producing quality results.

Easy parking. Office interior is lovely. Friendly and highly trained staff. Very experienced medical staff makes one feel safer about trying a medispa. Most if not all of the staff I met have years of acute care experience. Very reasonable prices. Pain was very minimal, wait time and procedure did not take long at all, and now I look younger! Unfortunately I was unable to schedule with my usual provider. My treatments included a Plexr facial and Dysport injections and were performed by the highly skilled, Kathleen. Didn’t want any numbing agent and as it turned out, absolutely didn’t need it due to Kathleen’s ability to firstly put me at ease with her vast knowledge and experience and secondly, her skill level. She is an amazing injector. I barely felt anything. I am pleased with the “natural, refreshed look’ that was achieved and will definitely be returning in the future.

I have been to several medi spas in the years past. Here as well as in Korea and Australia. Nowhere have I felt more comfortable during and after the treatments and never have I been happier with my results. If you have any concerns about your skin, you will want to see Laura and Leina. I’m sure all the practitioners here are excellent. But I can only personally attest to how amazing these two women are at what they do!!

Got my dysport treatment with Stephanie and this is by far the best treatment I’ve had on my forehead. The results is exactly what I am looking for as far as forehead movement and didn’t know it was even possible. I’ve had Botox before from a few different people and I’ve also had Jeaveau. Every single treatment made my brows weigh heavily down which I didn’t like even after I’ve expressed that I would like to avoid that and being told it wouldn’t happen. With this current treatment, my brows are actually a little lifted, giving me a more youthful look and my frown is paralyzed while I am able to maneuver my brows still. Seriously, best treatment yet! I think I found my permanent go to.

I come to aesthetic & wellness spa to get my VI chemical peels which aren’t widely available on the island, this location is perfect for me. Plenty of parking, it’s incredibly clean & you have great nurses working on you. They have a sweet lineup of treatments & I can’t wait to try out more! Kim always takes care of me and is great about giving me all the information I need and I trust her. A one stop shop for sure!

Kim is an amazing and experienced ER nurse that has additionally expanded her passion and skills towards aesthetic nursing. Personally, I appreciate having procedures done by a nurse who has a background that extends beyond aesthetics. I want to be in the hands of someone who has seen it all and knows how to handle any situation thrown at them, the hectic setting of an ER will prepare you for anything! Knowing this about Kim has put me at ease when I am in her chair. I am a very indecisive person, and I get a lot of anxiety when trying anything new…and of course this is multiplied when it has to do with your face! However, knowing that Kim has this background gave me an extra layer of comfort on top of her amazing people skills. I saw Kim for Botox and lip fillers, and gosh… Iʻm not sure how I have lived without her thus far. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the extra time to make sure I was at ease. The procedures were comfortable and I was able to go to work that night and the next day with no bruising at all! I am very happy with my results and will definitely be returning for all of my future touch-ups. Another great thing I appreciate is that Kim has an eye for natural balance and beauty, which is amazing considering we all can get a little carried away with wanting more and more work done these days. She knows when it is enough and is confident enough to explain this to you, which I believe shows that she actually cares about you and your results and not just the money! Kim and Artistry Wellness Hawaii get an easy 5 stars!
