I’m disappointed. I was told that it would be an extra $15 because my natural nails are “long.” My natural nails extended about 3/8th of an inch from my finger. She kept measuring (maybe about 5 times) because she wasnt sure. So, I gave permission to trim them. After the trim, I was told I would still be charged an extra $5 because my “nail beds are long.” So now, after trim and shape, my nails are extremely short (about 1/4th of an inch extending from my finger).

I really like this place, they serve adult drinks with services. The only thing I didn’t like was to be asked to cut my natural nails down. I didn’t grow them to cut them. Yen is a very good nail tech but I will have to find another nail salon if they are requiring a certain length on nails. If the client is fine with paying extra for longer nails it shouldn’t be an issue. I come for relaxation not stress. Please consider that. The manager, she is also very nice and helpful. I love the atmosphere not being asked to cut my nails.

Just go !! Believe I have finally found my nail home!! I definitely recommend the volcano pedicure!!! This place offers just a bit more privacy and very clean. Thoroughly enjoy my visit each time and my nails are growing ! Every person you interact with have such great attitudes and customer care. I just keep coming back lol!! In town visiting and decided to try this place because of the positive reviews. I am really big on sanitation and I was impressed with how well they sanitize their pedicure chairs with Lysol after each guest. Jenny performed my services (gel manicure & pedicure). She did a great job! My husband’s pedicure was performed by Ty and he was very satisfied. They got us in on time and performed the services in a timely manner.

I Love Artisan Nail Lounge! A unique feature about this nail salon is that when you book a mani/pedi, you are seated in a small suite area with your pedicure chair and manicure table just next to it. You aren’t having to relocate halfway across a salon with half dry toenails. It’s such a simple design choice but makes a big difference in client experience.
