I really love going to this place at the mall. The ladies are very friendly and always do their best to shape my eyebrows to my liking. Sarita Karki does a pretty good job at shaping eyebrows. This is the best eyebrow threading place I have ever come across and the location is very convenient. The service is very easy, you put your information in the tablet and they start the magic. It only takes them about 10-15 minutes to perfect your eyebrows very quick and clean. They are the best!! I highly recommend everyone to go and check this place out.

This place isn’t what it use to be. They have a new worker their who does not pay attention to detail, is sloppy and careless and disregards the clients comfort when they are in the chair. They rip the threads across your skin giving you a friction burn on the delicate eye area skin. I use to love going here. My eyebrows always popped. Now it’s mediocre at best.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI got my eyelashes tinted and have never had a problem getting them done before. About 2 minutes in it was uncomfortable and before long was burning. My eyes have been red, unclear, itchy, burning, and hard to see for days now. I don’t know whether the brush was clean but know it wasn’t cleaned immediately before use. It also felt like it was not only brushed in my eyes during application, but wiped into them as she removed the dye. Ridiculous staff… Yesterday I went there for eyebrows and the lady who did was very arrogant and screwed up my 1 brow.. when I informed her that she laughed sarcastically and spoke something to the other girl working there….and told me whether I would like my other brow chopped off… never faced such bad customer experience ever. I have had 2 to 3 visits there and everytime it has turned aweful experience for me.. I don’t think I will ever go there again..
