i am so disappointed right now. I have been coming here to get my eyebrows cleaned up for YEARS (like since 7th grade and i just graduated 12th) and pretty much every time leave happy. today was horrible. i have naturally thicker and already shaped eyebrows with sparse hairs here and there. normally whoever threads them does them to my liking. today, July 8th 2022 at around noon I just got them done. they are beyond uneven and so much thinner than my natural brow. i asked for a cleanup not a shaping or anything. Honestly don’t think I will be coming back after this. I’m so upset. just happy i don’t have any crazy special occasions coming up besides an anniversary. so upset :((

Rupali is amazing! My mom and I been coming here for a good part of 3 years I do not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. Just recently moved to Pennsylvania and STILL make the 7 hour drive to get my eyebrows done here. If its not Rupali doing my brows, I don’t get them done My eyebrows are VERY thick and always have been hard to manage, but no matter how bad they get— she always leaves them looking PERFECT. I can not exaggerate it enough. I love Rupali’s work.
